In order to rent a car drivers must have a full valid driving licence for a minimum of three years
There is no upper age limit for renting a car as long as the licence is valid
In order to hire a scooter or motorbike you must have the correct category on your licence according to c.c.
Chopper motorbikes, scooters, quads and 260cc buggies are only for ASPHALT roads
Enduro motorbikes and 800cc buggies can de driven off road
Scooters, quads and 260cc buggies are hired only for the Paphos town area (15km radius)
Helmets are required by Law they are provided free of charge
All road traffic fines are the customers responsibility
If a vehicle is driven negligently, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances the insurance is invalid and licence holder fully responsible for any damages
Only the authorized driver on the rental agreement is entitled to drive, if anyone is found to be driving the rented vehicle who is not insured, the insurance will be invalid and the main named driver will be liable for the total cost of any damages incurred
